Cat Cow Stretch

The Cat-Cow stretch is a fantastic way to enhance spinal mobility and relieve tension in your back and neck.

How to do it:

  1. Start on all fours, with your wrists aligned under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.

  2. Inhale as you arch your back (Cow), lifting your head and tailbone.

  3. Exhale as you round your spine (Cat), tucking your chin and pulling your belly button in.

  4. Repeat this sequence for 10-15 cycles.
